I finally got the part installed to repair my Kitchen Aid refrigerator ice maker……………Sears evidently has a real shortage of service techs and parts department personnel!! Been waiting for months, parts were not ordered then repeated appointments cancelled and rescheduled??? Technician finally came yesterday……..installed the part, JUST HOPE IT IS FIXED!!! He was not the tech that diagnosed the problem, hope the other guy made the correct diagnosis.
