Great Guy!! Semper Fi !!!
Bobby Scott is a true asset to your company. He's polite, extremely knowledgeable and I believe he will truly be missed when he retires. They don't make technicians like him anymore. He needs a large raise and a good incentive to stay with your company because you are going to miss him when he's gone. He is highly recommended by myself and my wife and daughter. Thanks for sending him out for our repair!!!!! Semper Fi !!!

Our technician, Frank, showed up within the given time frame. He was very courteous and professional. Before diagnosing the problem, Frank briefly explained the company's charge policy for diagnosis, repair and replacement parts. Although the diagnosis test did not identify any problems with the dishwasher, Frank was able to quickly resolve the issue that was keeping the appliance from starting.
