Anthony is what it is all about when it comes to getting the job done not only right, but with professionalism that shows in his ability to communicate effectively while being friendly and prompt. We have always had great service and quality work done when Anthony is our service man. Would highly recommend him and wish all employees took pride in their work like he does! Anthony showed up on time, solved the problem and got us back up and running the same day.

Sean was very thorough in checking all of our appliances; also gave me tips on taking care of them to lengthen the life of the appliances and keep them in good working order. He went above and beyond servicing our appliances! I had some spills on the inside of the glass oven door that have been there for years that I mentioned to other technicians and they said they could not do anything about it. I could not get access to clean up the spills after trying several things. Sean took the oven door off, cleaned each piece of glass, and reassembled it. He moved the refrigerator out from the wall, cleaned thoroughly behind it, and checked everything on the inside. He was very patient while working; he did an outstanding job with apparent expertise. I would like to have him back next time we need service! Please hire more technicians like Sean!

I've been going back and forth with different techs from sears and everyone who has came has ordered different parts and waited weeks for them to arrive just for them to not fix the problem. Mark came over today and fixed my leaking condenser that the last tech from sears installed for me only to find out that wasn't even my problem. Mark then found the problem, called around and found the part went and picked it up and fixed my fridge the same day! Thank you so much Mark!! I wish we would've gotten him the first call!
