Philip did a great job. We had appointments for Sept 14 and the 29th which were cancelled, which meant we went all that time without a working fridge. When we were informed of these cancellations, there was no way to express our objections. The 1-800 site to schedule repairs is not suitable, as you can never talk to anyone. We do not intend on using Sears Home Services again nor buying any of your products.

He was excellent! I've had a lot of problems getting Sears to send the needed parts for the last two months, so it was refreshing to finally get good customer service. He fixed the leaking dishwasher and made sure I was satisfied the leak is gone. He gave me good advice on other appliances that I probably need to have fixed. He's a real asset to Sears.
