He was great. He used the part he ordered and did the repair- he said to give it 24 hrs to see if the frig is fully working. The freezer seems to be working and is cooling down.

Tim was a great service tech. I asked him to use shoe covers and he had no problem with it. He also wore a mask and gloves which made me more comfortable with his visit. His knowledge of the appliance was impressive. If I need service again, he is the tech I want.
