It was great dealing with Andre L. and Sears. I have bought my appliances from Sears for many years, and was always happy. We have also had all our appliances on Maintenance programs with Sears and have always been satisfied and well taken care of. Thank YOU ANDRE L. a great tech. and Sears.

Michael was wonderful and tried to fixed all the mistakes Sears was making with my scheduling and billing. His hands were tied, however. I am very displeased with Sears and will never call Sears again for service. I would use Michael again if I could without dealing with Sears because he did a great job and was courteous and helpful.

Abdul made two visits, first visit was to assess the problem and order the parts and second to make the installation/repair. He fixed everything, cleaned up and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working well. Great job!
