Zaire has been to our home 3 times and was always helpful and candid. Unfortunately, it took 2 months to finally get our trash compactor fixed given multiple cancelled appointments both day before and day of. Received damaged parts, so took yet another appointment, and on top of all that only got a full day placeholder for the appointment in advance so had to waste multiple days out of the office. Will NEVER use Sears again.

Mr. Jordan and an assistant arrived at our resident provided an excellent work for the repair of our, Kitchen Aid Refrigerator. He and his assistant did a great job completing the repair job to our appliance and we are very grateful and satisfied with the work they did to complete the job. We appreciate it and thank you!
