Excellent work and service by the tech
I'm not happy with the time frame that it took to get the repair job completed. I waited 2 days for a technician to come 7am until 8pm with no call or text from the sears repair company. Not a happy camper. On a scale of one to ten I give you a 0 you drop the ball

Aaron was great!! He communicated a 2 hour window in the morning on the day of appointment. Showed up on time, evaluated the problem and fixed the dishwasher within an hour. Explained everything. He was great!!

After 3 days I was able to get my refrigerator fixed after being cancelled 3 times. I was disappointed that I had to wait from 8-5 and could not get a time in the morning or afternoon People who work have to take off. For me that was 3 days. The technician did a good job and got it working. He was timely and thorough. I gave the serviceman 5 stars.
