Ron, my repairman was timely, courteous and knowledgeable. He recognized that there was a particular piece of the older assembly that would work better than the newer part, and used that instead. He also gave me some tips on how to change the light in my dryer, something that the previous repairman ignored. He was a pleasure to have in my home and I would welcome him again any time.
