He did an excellent job on our. He diagnosed the problem, ( burnt control board ), ordered the parts and as soon as we received the parts he came and fixed the microwave.

Germaine has done his best. Sears Hime Warranty Service is jerking me around, though. I have had MULTIPLE visits to try and fix the problem with my refrigerator, without success, and it is time for them to REPLACE MY REFRIGERATOR.

Donald went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable and diligent to see the repair to completion. He knew we were selling our home and had a tight window to get our oven fixed. He not fixed our oven problem for reasonable amount, he also serviced our washer and dryer.
