Got It Fixed the Second Time Around

William was finally able to find the problem. It took awhile, but his perseverance paid off. Turned out the water filter was not seated correctly and the cold freezing weather caused it to loosen a little more!

The door wasn't closing all the way so frost was building up. The 1st technician ordered a new piece to address it but it came in shambles. Jesse fixed the existing piece on the freezer and explained to me the problem and how he fixed it, what to look out for in the future. I'd work with Jesse again!

Tech service is good, but spreading your techs to do a job is not good. You're spreading them too thin to do too many jobs. Making a service appointment sucks. Hate trying to do something with a machine, talking with a live person is better and more efficient.
