Good Work
Ben was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about how to resolve the problem that I had with my KitchenAid oven. He knew just what to do and he did it, and the problem was solved at once.

Leroy ran a diagnostic on our Dishwasher that did not seem to be running smoothly. The diagnostic showed it was running 100% in all areas. He explained sometimes the appliances need to rebooted to go back to factory settings. He showed how to do that on other appliances. In short nothing was wrong and useful knowledge passed-on for rebooting other appliances. Thank You.
