Both technicians were great Would prefer continuity of who shows up to assess the problem and order the parts, and who comes back and fixes it. But after explaining it a second time, it was smooth sailing

Ronald noticed the problem immediately when he examined the gas eyes on my stove. Turns out the eyes on the stove needed cleaning because something had gotten in the openings which made the flames burn unevenly. He told me what I needed to do now and in the future to correct the problem. He also showed me how to calibrate the temperature of my oven.

Technicians Robert and Allen were needed for this job. They have both been to our home in the past. They are both excellent technicians. They are always polite, careful when they disassemble products and careful when they put things back. They are very thorough and excellent.
