Professional and courteous service
Tim kept us informed about when he would arrive and was very professional. He didn't have to repair anything but did instruct me about the fill sensor- which I had not seated correctly after cleaning underneath it. My fault (🤦♀️)but Tim was gracious- said many people didn't know to check it.

The technician was pleasant but there's a very easily confused repair request application on line . If I have a maintenance plan with Sears this service is not covered because is under a different company that does work for Sears with a similar name.
