The service tech, Austin, was professional, prompt, polite and accurate. The auto email only asked if to cancel or reschedule. NEVER to confirm appmnt as is, and an auto phone call, AFTER the completed work, that this scheduled appointment would be tomorrow. Where are the humans at the scheduling desk? This could use help.

Peter and Farooq were on time, professional and installed the ordered parts to repair our oven probe which was not communicating with the oven. They gave us tips and were kind, helpful and worked as a very good team. Excellent service, prompt and cleaned up afterwards
