Exceptional knowledge and skill
I'd like to commend Robert for the exemplary knowledge and professionalism he displayed today during his service visit today. He was very thorough and efficient while replacing a bottom door seal on my dishwasher. With technicians like Robert on your staff, I have complete confidence in using Sears Home Services in the future.
