Modest. Expert. Patient. Of two sets of clamps ordered, two had not arrived. Therefore, Rachid called a supervisor for a direct order for the second set (upper dish washer rack). Rachid requested, as did I, that he would have the return repair assignment because he knows personally what to do to match today's repair. Impressive quality work. Please send him for the final install.
