Tran was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem, unlike the last technician last week who did not give a good analysis of the microwave/oven. He ordered the wrong part and really didn't know this Kitchenaid appliance at all.

Michael was very considerate by notifying me first thing in the morning of his expected arrival time; narrowing ut down to 10-12 rather than 8-12 and advising he had a full schedule so if he was a bit delayed past 12 he would text his expected arrival. He did exactly that and he arrived immediately after the time he said. Michael was very courteous and got right over to the range and began to do his thing. He was very educational showing me what he was doing and he diagnosed the problem quickly. He made a call to order the needed parts and advised they should arrive in a few days being delivered to my door. This was a very pleasant repair experience and Michael was very professional and personable at the same time. Great job!

When our dishwasher quit, finding someone to service our unit was iffy. On-line, I fund Sears Home Services. Their web page allowed me to select a date and time right on their website. The response was just a few days, not weeks. Michael found the problem and ordered the parts right then. He also set up an appointment for installation.
