George went out of his way to find parts that were delayed in delivery to our house. He picked them up and came and repaired our washer. He went over and above to serve us.

Rodney came to check on issues with our refrigerator and microwave. I learned a lot from him while he explained what he was doing as he serviced both appliances. I was disappointed that your service company no longer performs some of the safety tests we've had done before - like radon testing. Put Rodney on your Top Technicians list with Todd, who does laundry equipment. They are the best!!
