Ramin the technician found the problem right away and explain what it was that caused the leak on ice maker and he got right to work. So the leak was fixed and now I can have ice cubs one again.

Masi was great, but Sears should not have scheduled our appointment for 8am-noon. That was totally unrealistic - he didn't arrive until nearly 6 pm! Sears needs to work on improving scheduling.
