Excellent experience with Bryan, Extremely knowledgeable and professional. The most important thought I can give on this review is that when he ever leaves the company you are in trouble. They don't come any better. I really was amazed how much he knows and at my age I've been around.

Tristan was awesome. He was timely, courteous and knowledgeable. Tristan showed good trouble shooting skills and was able to figure out the wiring update with the minimum documentation from Whirpool. 7 terminals down to 5 and wiring reconfiguration. ie Different thermostat terminal location. Tristian was awesome. He Rocks

Mr. Tho is great! He's an excellent tech. However, your laughable customer service is non-existent. It is too difficult to reach you and make any sense of trying to get someone to come to the house to come make repairs to the broken appliances that are under a service contract that I pay for. This has been going on since May, 2024! It is now past the middle of July. My appliances have finally been repaired and we'll see if they work properly now. Your service people are very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They are capable, efficient and try to be very helpful. But your management leaves a lot to be desired. It's very bad. I am not satisfied.
