Serviceman polite and efficient. System needs to be refined. 8am-5pm and ridiculous amount of time to wait for repair. Service person arrived at 4 pm.

Repair man got right to work. Parts had arrived on Monday. Finished repair of the dishwasher. It needed a pump which required diligence. Never stopped. All Sears repair people are excellently trained.
