Robert was great- easily diagnosed and ordered the parts neeeded and returned once delivered to install and test that the stove was working as expected - a true professional- no hidden issues no games - what appliance repair tech should be — I definitely know if I have any other issues that sears will be my first call

He worked very hard trying to figure out the problem and he did find some problems however he did not overall fix the problem he did fix the ones he found. But as soon as he left I tried to wash dishes and the machine shut off after 1 minute. I need someone to come and fix my dishwasher ASAP.
