Excellent Technician
Mark was wonderful. Installed the part on our dish washer and made sure it worked properly. fixed our dryer vent that came disconnected when a different technician cleaned the dryer. He was courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend him as a technician. Thank you Mark!!

My appointment was for 8-12. At around 10 am I got a call that he'd be there by 1. Close to 1 , I got a call that he'd be there by 2. He showed up at 1:45. That's one hour and 45 minutes after the extreme point of when I was scheduled and that's unacceptable.
