Royce was excellent. He arrived on time, worked diligently. We had a complication (resolved) and we communicated well; Royce described the problem and we arrived at a satisfactory solution. (It is tough to work on a 26 year old machine.)

Greg was very professional and diligent with the repair. He took time to identify the issue, although we are disappointed that Whirlpool/KitchenAid not longer makes the part needed for our ice maker. The technician Jim and Bobby did a fantastic job. Both get 5 stars however, the automated system is a terrible experience.. There is no way to connect with a real person with either a question or a problem. It shows that the company doesn't care anything about the customer. It is truly shameful but who is there at Sears to care? No one.
