Timothy was excellent. He was courteous, humorous and an efficient workman despite the late hour 6;40pm.. I like your computerized scheduling, but it needs serious cleanup! I received numerous emails or texts that contradicted one another. It is hard enough sitting all day wondering when you are coming

Gabriel called with expected arrival time & showed up when he said he would. Once there he was knowledgeable & polite.✔️ That is much better than we've had in the past w/ some techs. We had several occasions in the past where we waited all day for techs to arrive, but never heard from them & they just rescheduled the appointment after waiting from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Kym is the only i kept my appointment. If anyone else had been listed I would have canceled. The last tec. Changed time 4 or t times and didnt call and turned out not showing up. Kym is excellent knows her stuff.
