This was an installation trip. Douglas was here a couple of weeks ago to diagnose the problem; at which time he ordered the parts. The parts were mailed to the house and we scheduled the replacement. Douglas came back and was in and out in 25 minutes. Very nice guy. Explained the problem and fixed it quickly.

Jaekwon was polite and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with, he gave me the information I needed to order the necessary parts for the repair. I will request him as the tech to come back and do the actual repair on our refrigerator.

Very quick. Stays focused. However, I am very upset that we got cancelled 3 times without an explanation. This was not only unprofessional but also shows utter disregard for the fact that I waited all day 3 times for nothing. My time is also valuable and I should be compensated for your neglect.
