Professional and personable
Tech was here by the scheduled time. Actually, he called to see if he could come earlier, which I greatly appreciated. He was friendly, polite, and cleaned up after the job. 5 stars ⭐️ for this tech !!

Service guy did a good job. However I would never recommend Sears Appliances warranties.This unit should have been replaced under warranty but Sears insisted on repairing it
