Darious was very professional and demonstrated the upmost customer service. He was determined to located the problem and repaired it. Even with all of the mistakes customer service made, including, trying to sell new services while I was still trying to resolve my issue (HUGE CUSTOMER SERVICE MISTAKE), infuriated me! However, his dedication to doing an excellent job should be commended!
