Scott did a great job. It is the Sears Home Service AI program that will keep me from using Sears Home services again. There are no live agents. This fridge repair was a 6 week process where no one would show up for an appt. Calling "AI Samantha" was very frustrating. Kept saying g someone was coming but then no one would show up. Sears Home Services needs to step up their customer service. Will never do business with them again.

Terrance helped and got my refrigerator working after the AI Sears uses for service failed. Terrance gets the 5 stars. Sears service 0 stars. I believe it took over a month to get fixed because the AI failed and my order was in a black hole. It's a nightmare to deal with and an act of Congress to get a human on the phone. It got to the point I'll never buy Sears again if this is how they conduct business. Get rid of the crappy AI and hire humans for a personal experience. Crappy service from Sears.
