I have no experience with the dishwasher, I am 88 years old so I must have pushed the wrong buttons locking the cycle. Frank spent about 5 minutes and pushed the right buttons and the washer got started. I was embarrassed to the max. Piece of free advice: Don't get old and learn to use the appliances at home.

Bill clearly went above and beyond to help me. There was a snafu in scheduling my repair at the supervisor level, and he accommodated his schedule so I could get my repair done after hours. He was very professional and efficient and knowledgeable and that was very much appreciated.

Thank you John for your professionalism and knowledge regarding the repair of the two the gaskets and rail mullion on my refrigerator. It is wonderful to have the Sears Service Appliance Technicians come to my house and not a 3rd party outsourced company which Sears had been using. John is and asset to Sears and I am grateful for his service. Also, big shout out to Arturo for the yearly maintaince on my six appliances and to repair technician Steven W. for his diagnosis and ordering the parts needed so my refrigerator is running in top condition. Please Sears keep the Sears integrity and you will keep your customers coming back. Thank you from a third generation Sears appliance buyer.
