We needed a repair to our dishwasher and called Sears. The dishwasher had not been expelling all water at t e end of the washing cycle. Al focussed on the problem and, in addition, made some other improvements towards the better functioning of the dishwasher. For example, he replaced rollers on the lower wash tray that had worn out. Al's friendly and helpful visit was much appreciated.
