The Sear's Appliance service contract is absolutely great. It has been one of the best purchases we have ever made. Much of that has to do with the outstanding service we receive from John! Khaled showed up even a few minutes before the time which was fine. He recognized the problem, adjusted the dishwasher and so far it is working fine. He was friendly and did the work quickly. I would recommend him to other consumers.
