The man you sent today,Zack, was great. The man you sent yesterday had never fixed a dishwasher like ours and had only seen videos. Who ever sent him should be fired. You need trained technicians like Zack. I intend t Zack, new exactly what he was doing and very polite. Also, your system for customer service is horrible. There is no way to talk to a human being.
