David did an excellent job. He called me to let me know exactly what time he would arrive. He arrived when he said he would and explained exactly what he would be doing. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He completed the job quickly and helped me put the trays back into the refrigerator. I would highly recommend David as an expert technician!

The title says it all: Juan is awesome! Oftentimes, repair guys talk down to me. Not Juan! He explained the issue clearly, talked to me about what future problems may arise because of this issue, and how to safely check things myself if this happens again. Juan is super professional, great at communicating, and his expertise was obvious through his work and demeanor. 10/10 I would recommend Juan to all my friends. Thank you, Juan!!
