Noah was so polite and reviewed my dishwasher and diagnosed the problem right away. Then he promptly when to work repairing the problem. He explained the problem and what he was going to do to repair it. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his prompt response to fix the problem. Although I had a morning appointment between 8-12 the tech showed up after 3:30pm. Better late than never! My refrigerator was leaking water at the bottom. The piece that held the water filter for ice or was leaking. I have no water dispenser just the ice maker which I never use because it's City disgusting tasting water. I closed the water shut off as the tech advised & the problem was fixed! No more leak! Thank you Sears for sending a great tech!!
