Mark repair refrigerator
Mark called and provided an ETA, and he arrived close to that ETA. He looked at the refrigerator, saw that the LED lights were not on. Opened the freezer unit, replaced the Freezer LED module that fixed the problem. From discussion with Mark, he exemplified that he is very knowledgeable of problems that may occur with this refrigerator. In future, if we have issues, needing service I would want Mark to be the technician.
