Brent did an EXCELLENT job during his 2 trips. Very knowledgeable and was helpful in providing instruction for care of my under the counter ice maker. However, dealing with your scheduling service …. That process is TERRIBLE! Your customers need to be able to speak to directly with a representative with Transform, not some call center person where everyone has a foreign accent and hard to understand or worse, communicating thru AI!. I had special instructions that was NOT passed along to Brent and due to his schedule on the first visit, he was later than expected and I had to cancel my evening plans because I had no way to reach him. My complaint are not against Brent, they are against your lack of customer service on the front end! You need to do better….your company took a big hit on WSB Chan 2 in Atlanta this week! Check it out!
