Aidar was great. Your technicians are wonderful. It's your scheduling system that is awful. It is broken. I am scheduled for service 02/18 and just received a text that I am scheduled for 03/18 but can change to other dates, one of which is 02/18. I have a life and this nonsense is hard to deal with. I certainly hope they appear tomorrow. I have emails that say they are coming.

Isadore was the nicest most knowledgeable service rep…. after several weeks of conversations with several Sears Dept. personnel & many scheduled appts., he was able to repair the problem on the spot . He's a keeper !

Anthony was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He arrived on time and quickly preformed the maintenance. He then spent 20 minutes giving me tips (and showing me) how to keep the dishwasher performing better and ensure it lasts as long as possible. A wish every technician that came to my house was a friendly and thorough as Anthony.
