So glad to have our oven fixed and to have met friendly technicians, but it took 6 appointments, two full months, two wrong parts ordered one never-ordered, and no ability to ever speak to human beings by phone from the first date when it was entirely clear to us that the igniter was failing. We were having trouble with our new phone so I had to update my contact number. I did this 5 or so days ago but it didn't change in your system. I did this a couple of more times but system didn't catch up. This led to missed appointments not the fault of your tech guy. Can't talk to a person is a huge problem.
