Lucky to have Tech Rickey assigned to my case
Rickey has been a service provider at my house before. As usual, he was professional, thorough, friendly and most importantly, very knowledgeable. He is an asset to and great diplomat for the Sears family. Please let him know I am glad he came to fix my dryer.
