John did an excellent job. He kept us informed about how the system works and did a very good job of repairing the two appliances. I wish the phone support from the company would be better. Different people told me different things and especially about the wait times.

I submitted an order just to get someone I could talk to about my issue. Jeff was great and very helpful! On Oct 13th, it was determined that my microwave could not be fixed and that a new one would be ordered. Due to a shortage the microwave replacement did not arrive at my home until January 14th. After a week, I attempted to schedule someone to install it. Unable to schedule an installation I looked at my account and found that the original order had been canceled. I also received an email stating that now that my new GE (it was a Kenmore) microwave has been installed … blah blah
