Jordan called to let me know he was on the way. He was very friendly, which I appreciated. He asked me what trouble I was having and proceeded to fix the ice maker. You need people that answer phones who are easy to understand and can speak up.

Our service call was a late add to Charles' schedule, but he was here two hours after I requested an appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem causing our freezer to ice up and remedied the clogged and frozen drain line. 100% recommend!
