The home warranty service is GREAT!! I called, they gave me a time frame of 8 am - 5 pm, they were here at 8:30 am. and they had the repairs complete in no time.

William notified me with his arrival time and showed up right on time. He was very courteous, friendly and was very informative with the problems he diagnosed with our appliances. Explained to me what parts he was replacing and what parts needed to be ordered and scheduled the next service appointment in advanced when the new parts came in. William is a great example of what customer service is all about!

I could not be more pleased. Jose was competent and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems with my refrigerator and made the necessary repairs. He was very careful, putting down blankets to protect my flooring and when he was done with the repair even put the items back in my refrigerator.
