Dexter seems to be knowledgeable and very thorough with answering the questions I had. He was very polite and easy to communicate with. His verbal communication was clear and consice. It appears he may have identified the issue and will need 24-48hrs to pass to see if the ice maker issues have been corrected.

He showed up and I greeted him and came in my apartment to see what was wrong and he said that it wasn't holding the air in and that caused my food defrost and spoil. He took the gadget to lose he just flipped it but the bottom at the top and the top at the bottom the gasket on the door was not replaced with a new. But at least he showed up to help me with whatever was wrong with the freezer and I thank him very much I just have one request that for now on when someone is coming here if they can't find the place please call me. And on the work order please add my phone number on there so that the repair person will have my phone number to call me thank you. He did say the freezer was working correctly.

Blair is great. Knowledgeable. Cares about the customer. Would highly recommend him to everyone. Your call center and scheduling stink. We waited four months for our repair. Technicians just didn't show up and wasted our day. Three times. It's like nobody knew what was going on and didn't care. As a matter of fact I don't think your company really cares about the customer. The only thing keeping you alive is fantastic technicians like Blair H. Seriously thinking about stopping our program with sears. No one will even read this. I'm just another complaining customer. Very disappointed with Sears service.
