Sergio is very knowledgeable, very kind and understanding of customer needs. Sergio did all he could do to repair my machine the last several months and it's still not working. He just keeps replacing parts after parts at no fault to him he's just doing what he's told to do.

Miguel repaired my stove that had a faulty temperature sensor. The incorrect part had been sent but he was able to adjust the brackets so that the part fit correctly. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Miguel.
