Not only was he the most respected and caring person, with trust being thin these days, I have renewed faith when professionals like him help me keep the things I worked hard to have. My fridge is functioning like new because of him. I am even bummed I forgot to ask him about other parts since I need new produce trays and want to make sure I have the right parts.
