The part for the washing machine arrived more than a week before the scheduled date. I sent a text to Naser S, saying that the part had arrived. He texted that he hoped to get to me the same day. The appointment was rescheduled for 12-4 pm, but he showed up at about 10:30 am and was all done, after having shown me how the was cycle was now operating property, by about 11:30 am. Excellent work!

Daniel was very professional and listened to my wife and my concerns regarding our dishwasher. He answered all of our questions and he explained to us what was wrong with our dishwasher.
