Disappointed with Sears
I rate the service provided by Christopher as excellent. I rate Sears selling me an appliance that after two years parts are not available as unacceptable. I feel as if fraud was committed on the part of Sears. I believe Sears should provide me with a new washer or I may be forced to take legal action.

The problem I have with a service contract is that my water heater is leaking and will get much worse. I am given a replacement time of 2 days. This is not acceptable because it is in the winter months and no one wants to take a cold shower. Why can't emergencies like this be expedited???
