Erick is THE Best!
If the rest of the world had Erick's smile-from-within attitude and effort and easy going demeanor that combines with his focussed-on-the-job-to-be-done attention, the world would be happier and run better! Erick immediately assessed the issue that needed to be resolved (hopefully, me sending information about our washing machine, including a photo and vide as well as model and serial number and a description of the problem), had the part on his truck, and thoughtfully and deliberately replaced the worn/faulty part and had us up & running VERY quickly! Super efficient and helpful :)

Leroy was very diligent in troubleshooting what parts were needed to repair our washer. He worked hard to find the parts and made sure the order was made correctly. He also checked the garbage disposal and determined it needed to be replaced. He was very competent.
